There's actually more than one occasion the Nebel's have been close to royalty !

So, a long-long time ago, the [https://royalwatcherblog.com/2022/04/17/royal-tour-of-south-africa-1947/ Royal family visited South Africa] - 1947 it was, [[Augustus Nebel]] - who was a very successful and [[famous chef]], travelled around South Africa with the royals to prepare their meals.
